TQ DJs play a wide variety of music selected from a vast collection of DVDs, CDs, and tapes amassed over the decades. Requests accepted.
The Tahitian Queen ain't some golden oldies club playing the Pattaya Top 100. No, TQ DJs open the throttle with the best of classic and modern rock, blues, Motown, even the occasional rockabilly.
Yet the TQ maintains a clubby, intimate atmosphere by playing the music at reasonable volume. You can always carry on a very interesting conversation in the TQ!
Events and parties
The TQ regularly hosts blowout parties and sponsors events such as the annual TQ Masters Golf Tournament. These are announced by way of large, luminscent, hand-painted banners covering half the rear wall of the bar. Outstanding folk art, some of these banners have become collectors items.
